In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your product, we request you to read the below key points for a smooth return / exchange process.

• We have a 5-day return policy. Any claim on return / exchange / damage post the mentioned stipulated time window would not be taken into consideration. We would have assumed that you have received the product in pristine condition and have accepted it.
• We only accept returns in the case of fabric damage or print damage. We would request you to share images (sales@pobox29.com) of the defects prior to sending it back.
• We will be more than happy to exchange the product(s) for a fresh piece of the same or different style, however we will not issue a refund for any order.
• A credit would be given in the form of a gift card in case you have returned a product but not exchanged it for another item. (please refer to our gift card policy for the validity).
• Sizing issue returns / exchanges would not be taken into consideration, kindly refer to the size chart to confirm your correct size prior to order placement.
• Return of a product(s) we the brand (OdD.1) will not accept a pay on delivery / cash on delivery / receiver pays return shipment without our prior approval.
• Products should be in the same condition as delivered, they shouldn’t have been worn, washed, soiled, smell of any perfume / cologne or dirty. All original tags should be intact when returning the product.
• Items on sale, special promotions or products / orders otherwise discounted will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
• In the case of order cancellation, kindly contact us within 24hrs of order placement, no order will be cancelled post 24hrs.
