However, there are few key specifics listed below which we would like to inform you about.

FREE SHIPPING FOR INDIAN ORDERS INR 2999 AND ABOVE.

PROCESSING TIME

  • All orders are processed within 1 – 2 business working days, excluding weekends, national public holidays.
  • During peak season or promotional periods, processing time may vary.

SHIPPING TIME

  • Domestic NCR (New Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad & Gurugram) Orders: We have partnered with reputable shipping carriers to best ensure a reliable and timely delivery of orders (Maximum 7 working days).
  • Domestic (Non-NCR Region, Pan India) Orders: We have partnered with reputable shipping carrier to best ensure a reliable and timely delivery of orders (7 - 10 working days).
  • International Orders: We proudly offer international shipping outside of India at nominal fixed cost of USD 60 for orders below USD 250. Orders above USD 250 will be at free shipping cost. Please note the international shipments may be subject to custom duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend you to contact your local customs office for information on potential fees.

PLEASE NOTE : We at OdD.1 are not liable to provide a refund / discount in case of delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as custom delays, unavailability of the recipient at their address, unforeseen weather conditions and turmoil in your area.

ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email, which can be used for tracking and monitoring purposes of your order on the carrier’s tracking system.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

  • Please ensure the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
  • We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

  • In the rare event that your shipment arrived damaged i.e. self-seal tampered with and overall torn please contact our customer support team (sales@pobox29.com) as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
